Pilu at Freshwater is used to a bit of star power but the team was still left swooning when international singing superstar Khalid (cheat sheet here) and his whole entourage came in for lunch on Sunday.
A pity, then, that just half an hour after their arrival all the power went out in the area courtesy of blow out in power lines at Wyadra Avenue.
The professional crew still managed to keep service going (thankfully their kitchen uses gas), and by all accounts a great time was had and the party went for a beach stroll at Freshy after their meal and a photo shoot. (see below)
The 26 year old, whose song Young Dumb and Broke has 976 million views on YouTube, is in Sydney for a show at the Opera House.
