Public Notice – Proposed termination of Strata Scheme No. 109304 being property situated at 51 Mona Vale Road, Mona Vale NSW 2103 (Lot 1) and 51A Mona Vale Road, Mona Vale NSW 2103 (Lot 2)
Notice is given of an intention to apply to the Registrar General for an order terminating the above Strata Scheme and the consequent winding up of the Owners Corporation, pursuant to section 142 of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 (NSW).Any person having any claim against the Owners Corporation of the above Strata Scheme or any estate or interest in or claim against any of the lots compromised in the Strata Scheme is required, on or before 7 February 2026, to send particulars of the estate, interest or claim to 4/6-8 Warrawong Street, Eastwood NSW 2122.
