Polyviou: calories don’t count on this superyacht

Pink-loving pastry powerhouse and TV personality Anna Polyviou wants you, your mum and the whole family to join her on a luxury super yacht – The Jackson – for a very special High Tea this coming Mother’s Day (hahum it’s 12 May), picking her up from Manly Wharf. It would be rude not to tag along….

Recognised for her roles on MasterChef Australia and Family Food Fight, the multi-award-winning dessert queen has been invited aboard the $15 million superyacht’s master-kitchen to create a Mother’s Day event like no other.

Polyviou has created a bespoke menu for the occasion, which will be enjoyed during a three hour cruise around Sydney Harbour on Mother’s Day, with the whole family invited.

Let’s talk menu: there will be delicious “Berries Hearts,” with layers of Coconut Dacquoise, Almond Crunch, Raspberry Compote, and Vanilla Bavarois, her irresistible Chocolate Fudge Brownie and her delightful Vanilla Buttermilk Scones served with Berried Jam and Whipped Crème, as well as the savoury goodness of her Poached Ginger Prawn Taco, and Smoked Salmon with Cucumber Dill and Crème Fraîche. There’s actually a whole lot more; drool over the menu here.

Polyviou isn’t just any pastry chef – she’s a culinary rockstar recognised all over the world for her signature style, infectious energy and her out-of-this-world creations – so you can expect a few fun surprises on the day.

Attendees will be treated to a glass of Chandon Rosé on arrival, panoramic views, a live acoustic performance, a bespoke High Tea menu created by Polyviou and a premium selection of fine teas, coffee and juices for an unforgettable experience that will spoil your Mother.

Polyviou said the first mum invited onboard was her own.

“I’m absolutely thrilled to celebrate Mother’s Day on The Jackson Sydney with all of the incredible mums out there – mine included,” she revealed.

“I promise you a sweet soirée on our stunning Sydney Harbour filled with love, laughter, music (mine!!) and the most delectable treats. Let’s make this Mother’s Day the best yet – no calories included!”
