Sydney North Planning Panel voted unanimously to approve the DA after amendments were made to the original development application including a reduction to height (view more here. )

The construction will see three residential flat buildings consisting of 124 apartments over two levels of 140 residential, 13 visitor and 17 Car Share basement car parking spaces.

There will be nine 1-bedroom apartments, 77 2-bedroom apartments and 38 3-bedroom apartments.

Thirty-two apartments will be allocated to community public housing and affordable housing.

This is the first large-scale residential development to be approved for the new Frenchs Forest Town Centre which will try to meet a predicted 23,000 population rise by 2026 (Northern Beaches Council has a target of 12,000 dwellings).
