GenesisCare, Frenchs Forest has relocated to new premises

Oncology specialists GenesisCare relocated and expanded its comprehensive cancer care services on the Northern Beaches this week.

GenesisCare is a provider of integrated cancer care with more than 40 Australian oncology care centres in metro and regional New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. While they have had an existing site in Frenchs Forest for over a decade, this week they completed their relocation to larger premises – now at Building 9/49 Frenchs Forest Road East, French Forest.

The change however, is far more than cosmetic, with the new centre offering locals access to clinical trials (where appropriate, following consultation with a treating doctor), as well as radiation therapy services.

“As of Monday 13th November, our Frenchs Forest centre has relocated to brand new premises,” the team confirmed in a statement.

“The centre has expanded the services that we offer patients access to, and now includes radiation therapy, clinical trials (where appropriate and following doctor consultation), and allied health care support (by referral) – as well as continuing to offer all existing treatment services.”

Existing services already offered by the  Frenchs Forest team includes access to evidence-based cancer care services including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and haematology.

“I’m thrilled that we are relocating to our new site, and that we are now able to offer radiation oncology services and clinical trial access to Northern Beaches locals. For patients this means that they can receive their treatment close to home and all in one place.”
