A 27-year-old man has been arrested in Forestville and charged with 17 child sex offences. Detectives from State Crime Command’s Child Abuse Squad arrested him about 4.10pm on Friday 4 September 2026.
He was taken to Manly Police Station, where he was charged with three counts of indecent assault on a person under 16 years of age (DV), two counts of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10 years (DV), three counts of inciting a victim under 10 years to commit an indecent act (DV), two counts of intentionally inciting a child aged 10 to under 16 years to sexual touch (DV), four counts of sexual intercourse with a child aged 10 to under 14 years (DV), two counts of intentionally inciting a child aged 10 to under 16 years to do a sexual act to them (DV), and one count of intentionally doing a sexual act with a child aged 10 to under 16 years (DV).
He was refused bail to appear before Bail Division Court 7 on Saturday 5 September 2026, where he was again refused bail to appear before Downing Centre Local Court on Thursday 29 October 2026.
