A $13.7 million development application has been lodged to subdivide a large commercial property at 120 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, into three separate lots, with the proposal including significant earthworks, tree removal and site clearing works currently under assessment by Northern Beaches Council until mid-January.

The 21,768m2 site area is proposed to be subdivided into three lots (A, B and C), clearing 142 trees and three tree groups.

It also includes a proposed storage warehouse and offices for the rear lot (Lot C), with an indication that future building works for lots A and B, will be submitted as a separate application.
