Now in its fourth year, Manly Health and Wellness Day returns to Manly Beachfront on Saturday, 28 February 2026, running from 7am to 2pm.
Presented in partnership by Northern Beaches Council and the Manly Business Chamber and supported by Manly Observer, this year’s event brings together local businesses, community members and wellness experts for a day dedicated to health, fitness and connection.
Northern Beaches Mayor Sue Heins said the aim is to unite and support the local health and wellness community.
“Many of us make health and fitness a New Year’s Resolution, the Manly Health and Wellness Day is a perfect way to boost your health goals to being a new you,” Mayor Heins said.
“With last year’s fantastic turnout, it’s clear our residents are passionate about wellbeing.
“Manly’s health and wellness community continues to thrive, and this event is an opportunity to celebrate and strengthen those connections in a fun, interactive environment.”

The program features an exciting line-up across multiple zones. The main stage will host the official opening at 8:30am, followed by talks and panel discussions including the popular “Nutrition Myth Busters” session. Fitness classes will be held for early risers from 7am, with the final class finishing at 2pm.
The Flow Zone will feature a selection of Pilates sessions suitable for all abilities from 7am, while the Beach Activities area offers yoga and mindfulness workouts as well as a guided snorkelling experience at Shelly Beach. Bookings are essential for all classes to ensure everyone has a chance to participate.
“Manly’s Health and Wellness Day is all about fostering a sense of community and inspiring positive change,” Manly Business Chamber President Steve Carrodus added.
“Thanks to our collaboration with Council, we’re inviting everyone to take part, discover local businesses and make the most of what Manly has to offer.
“Whether you’re new to wellness or already on your journey, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved, connect and thrive together.”
The onsite marketplace will feature 24 stallholders and showcase local wellness businesses, products, and services.
