Originally, they had applied to construct three separate restaurants across two buildings serving 800 patrons with a total construction cost of $33 million, however, after discussions with Northern Beaches Council, the plans were amended.

The development, set to cost $16 million, includes the construction of a single-storey hospitality venue with a total GFA of 2,698sqm and serving 600 patrons across several indoor and outdoor areas.
