St Augustine’s Rowing Crew into World Championship Final

Five boys from St Augustine’s College have rowed their way into the U/19 Men’s Coxed Four final of the World Junior Rowing Championships Varese, Italy.

The crew of Brandon SmithOliver St PierreJoe LynchJosh Wilson and 13-year-old cox Ryder Taylor (below, left) dominated their opponents in the heat, beating South Africa by a full three seconds.

They will take on equal-favourites Turkey in the final on Sunday at 7:55pm Sydney time.
