A small but very busy electrical contracting business on the lower Northern Beaches is seeking a part-time administration assistant.
Four days per week (Tue-Fri) for 7hrs per day.
The opportunity to work from home will be considered once you are fully trained (must have a printer).
Happy to accommodate school hours over five days.
Duties will include job tracking, reconciling purchases, preparing quotes/invoices, data entry and help with job scheduling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office functions of Word and Excel is essential. Experience with Xero software and job/resource scheduling is desirable. Training will be provided.
