What we’re looking for
• Full‑time role (8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday), based in our Frenchs Forest office – perfect for those looking to work locally. PT may be considered for the right candidate. Competitive salary
• Assist AR/AP functions, bank / Shopify reconciliations, and general ledger postings
• Perform financial administration tasks including purchasing and receiving, journals, month end activities, and routine reporting
• Understanding of freight terminology
• Quick learner with a strong team mindset
