As part of the Freshwater Beach Masterplan, Northern Beaches Council proposes to construct a new public amenities building that will meet the needs of the community and visitors to the reserve and the beach.
Accessible amenities, a family change room and unisex handwashing facilities will be included in the design.
They have developed an initial concept design and are inviting public comments here.
