As part of their tour-de-Sydney, we’re thrilled to announce that for one day only, McCarrs in Terrey Hills will be hosting London-based pastry chef Stroma Sinclair & talented Rome-based, Sydney-born chef Georgia Lahiff.
Stroma is the head pastry-chef at one of our favourite London establishments Leilas and previous to that, been head pastry-chef at Spring working under the iconic Skye Gyngell.
Georgia Lahiff worked under Danielle Alvarez at Freds, Paddington and is now working across some of the most inspiring venues in Europe – Enoteca Lantidoto, Leilas and Casa Lawa.
