Join Simonetta Bazzu (Arimani, featured with Stanley Tucci in Searching for Italy), Mario Pinna (Pastificio Pinna, Ozieri) and Caterina Pinna, master confectioner, together with Giovanni Pilu, for a night of Sardinian food, wine and conversation.
There will be artisan pasta and bread demonstrations and stories that explore the Sardinian way of life where food, family and longevity are deeply intertwined.
