Local Art Fundraiser Connects Over 70 Acclaimed Artists to Support Aid in Gaza

AVALON COMMUNITY COMES TOGETHER FOR A UNIQUE EXHIBITION AND SALE BENEFITTING MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES 

A group of artists and locals have come together to host a special community art fundraiser in support of Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) and their vital medical work in Gaza.

A silent auction will also run throughout the weekend, offering visitors the chance to bid on select works and experiences, further boosting funds for the cause.

About Médecins Sans Frontières:

MSF (Doctors Without Borders) is an independent medical humanitarian organisation delivering emergency care in more than 70 countries. In Gaza, MSF teams are providing trauma surgery, maternal care, and medical supplies under extreme conditions.

The event will showcase and sell original works from over 70 artists, a mix of established names, alongside emerging local talent.

Among the exhibiting artists are Cybele Cox, Rachel Carroll, Sally Mayman, Matthew da Silva, Helen Leete, Petra Klaus, Joyce Yeap, Cassia Bundock, Caroline Hoisington, Louise Fowler-Smith, Brooke Thompson, Amanda Fuller, Sally Mayman, Matthew da Silva, Joyce Yeap, Rachel Carroll, Heather Miller, Liz Perfect, Eva Frengstad, Vanessa Wright, Tara Winona and Susie Hughes whose participation has added incredible momentum to the fundraiser.

Every piece of art has been donated, and 100% of proceeds will go directly to Médecins Sans Frontières, who are providing emergency medical care on the ground in Gaza.

This is a rare chance to own a piece of beautiful art and support a deeply urgent cause. Everyone is welcome.
