Duke’s Day: A community celebration of surf history
CULTURAL CONNECTION AND COASTAL PROTECTION
The day will bring together surfers, Waterwoman, Waterman, families and ocean-lovers celebrating Australia’s surfing heritage, cultural connection and environmental protection. Inspired by the legacy of Duke Kahnamoku and the enduring influence of early surf culture, Duke’s Day is a modern gathering steeped in tradition and community spirit proudly supported by Hawai’i Tourism and Hawaiian Airlines.
The community event will feature:
