Join Catherine Alcorn and Phil Scott in a fabulous night of music and comedy in 30 Something, an immersive party taking audiences back to New Year’s Eve in 1939. Not only are Catherine and Phil the stars of the show at Glen Street, the multi award-winning artists have also created and written the production.
In cabaret style, and supported by a live band, 30 Something looks at the speak-easier days via a 21st Century lens, through a kaleidoscope of traditional and reimagined music, social commentary and stunning similarities to then and now. You’ll enjoy an unapologetic celebration of Sydney’s history, how far she’s come…and how far she hasn’t!
You’ll be able to toe-tap along to artists including Cab Calloway, Cole Porter and Fats Waller before being treated to rearranged versions of Phil Collins, Lady Gaga, Kylie Minogue and Prince.
