Seniors Mini Expo Newport
There are many local seniors groups on the Northern Beaches and no matter your hobby or interest, there’s a group out there for you. This mini expo is an opportunity for you to get to know what’s available.
The event also features:
- A special performance by the Third Age Jazz Rock Fusion, an ensemble from the talented Third Age Rock Orchestra who are members of the Northern Beaches University of the Third Age (U3A), one of the seniors groups featured at the expo.
- Health and wellbeing presentations including:
- Building Resilience and Wellbeing, Sydney North Health Network.
- Navigating My Aged Care presented by Felicity Rogers from Carers NSW.
- Newport Community Centre 11-13 The Boulevard Newport
