Ride for Local Youth Mental Health – Manly’s 1st Spin-a-thon
The inaugural Manly Spin-a-thon will be held on April 1st 2023 near The Corso in beautiful Manly. The event is being organised by the Community Capital Foundation (a local registered charity who raises money to help worthy grass roots organisations to build programs and capacity), the Manly Business Chamber and ANTHEMCYCLE.
It will provide an opportunity for local businesses and individuals to participate in a fun outdoor event by hopping on a stationary bike, either as an individual or as part of a team, to help raise much-needed funds for youth mental health programs conducted by local charity Waves of Wellness.
The day will be heaps of fun! ANTHEMCYCLE is a party on a bike! You will ride to the beat of the music, enjoy a total body fitness experience suitable for all fitness levels, and find out what rhythm-ride is all about! ANTHEMCYCLE instructors will keep you motivated, guide you through your ride, and keep you focused on the end goal of helping our local youth.
