Join us at the Tramshed Arts and Community Centre to go where most men fear to tread…
Actually, lots of blokes are looking to improve their health and life skills, and this is an awesome opportunity to get out of our comfort zones and explore a few ideas and areas that are usually not part of a bloke’s everyday dialogue.
We’ll look at how we can take more control of ourselves and influence others better.
We’ll explore the idea of shame and connection through a platform of singing and music (bring your drums if you have them!).
We’ll meet the scientist and the survivor and learn how a bloke can deal with the big things head-on and still be grateful and positive!
We’ll do some networking, grab some afternoon tea, and generally spend time connecting with other terrific blokes on the Beaches!
