Hills the Flower Market at Terrey Hills turns 100!
“Hills – the Flower Market” wants to honour the past 100 years, especially the contribution of its large customer base in recent times, by hosting a special event onsite at 287 Mona Vale Rd, Terrey Hills on Sunday 26th November 2023.
In keeping with the 1920s theme, there will be 1920s jazz bands playing throughout the day from 8am, food stalls, a petting farm display and a whole lot more.
Of special note is the “Hills Memory Lane and Memorabilia Exhibition” – a fascinating multi-media experience looking back over the last 100 years.
Schedule:
- 8-10a.m. Jason and the Recliners
- 10.30am – 12.45 Paul Furniss Jazz Trio
- 1 – 1.50 p.m Greg Poppleton Jazz Band
- 1.50 – 2.10 pm Short Film “Hills Turns 100”, Speeches, Cutting of the Cake.
- 2.10pm – 3pm Greg Poppleton Jazz Band (Dancing welcome!)
Get into the spirit of the 1920s!! Dress up if you want. Allow at least a few hours for the full experience!
Tastebuds Café and the Florist will remain open throughout the day.
