FREE Community Men’s Suicide Awareness Breakfast – 11th Oct 2023 – Long Reef Golf Club
This October, Lifeline Northern Beaches (NB) will be hosting a FREE local NB community breakfast aimed at supporting local men’s mental well-being.
The You’ll Be Right Mate! – Men’s Breakfast includes a lived experience speaker, an expert speaker, a panel of local mental health service representatives, and a wide variety of local NB men’s groups who will have stalls at the event.
The aim of the breakfast is to raise awareness of the support services available for men in the Northern Beaches community – from social groups, activities, peer support, to professional service providers, while also answering community questions regarding suicide prevention, and debunking the myths around suicide.
