Dalwood Jumble Sale
The Dalwood Jumble Sale is back this Saturday 9th March from 8.30am to 12:30pm at Dalwood Spilstead Centre – 21 Dalwood Avenue, Seaforth.
Funds raised will go to the services provided on-site for children and families in the beaches area.
The main beneficiary is the Spilstead Centre at Dalwood (Seaforth) where staff provide an holistic approach to assisting the families in need and provide targeted early and later years intervention services, for the most at risk children and families.
The key objective of the Spilstead service is to ensure children stay with their parents, which means supporting the family and targeting the needs of each child. The reason Spilstead’s outcomes are more than twice as good as other similarly focused programs, is a combination of the multi-disciplinary approach, early intervention philosophy and commitment to long term and meaningful engagement.
The Jumble Sale will have all sorts of second-hand goods for sale, all of which have been donated by their supporters.
Stocks have been building up rapidly, so we there will be lots to sell at bargain prices.
Cash is welcome and credit card facilities are available.
