33rd Charity Golf Day and Dinner at Wakehurst Golf Clubf
You are invited to Balgowlah Rotary’s “33rd Charity Golf Day and Dinner” at Wakehurst Golf Club on Friday 5th April.
Join us for a fun filled event whether you are a serious or casual golfer and/or would like a night out with scrumptious dinner in the magnificent setting of the wakehurst Golf Club.
All welcome and your participation will help people in need within our community and globally through Balgowlah Rotary projects.
All funds raised, minus direct costs, will enable our club to continue the important work we do for the projects we support, some of which are:
- Dalwood Spilstead: Young & Needy Program, Child’s Play.
- Bear Cottage: Art Therapy program.
- Lifeline NB: Special relief courses
- Arranounbai School: Special needs equipment
- Rotary Youth Programs
- Tanzania School of St Jude: Keeping the buses on the road.

Golf Day:
- Ambrose 18 hole team event of up to 4 per team of men and women. Handicap is not essential – this is a fun day too. Mulligans & a string (for nearest the line) can be purchased to improve the teams chances of winning a prize.
- Great Prizes for winners, runners up plus longest drive, nearest line, nearest pin for men and women.
- Live and Silent auction on display for bidding – drawn at dinner.
- Raffle & guessing competition.
Golf Dinner:
- Scrumptious 2 course dinner at Wakehurst Golf Club.
- Live and Silent auctions during the meal and raffle. Great items available to bid on.
The event will bring together members of the community & internationally to support our cause and raise funds to help us continue our important work.
