Out of the Shadows Walk – Lifeline Northern Beaches
Join Lifeline Northern Beaches, Northern Beaches CARES and Roses in the Ocean
for a memorial and walk on Sunday 8th September for World Suicide Prevention
Day.
This memorial and walk will honour and remember those we’ve lost to suicide and raise funds to provide crisis support and suicide prevention services to save lives on the Northern Beaches.
You can walk to remember a loved one, as a personal tribute for a friend or family member, or to show your support for Australians experiencing emotional distress or mental illness. Together, we will ensure that no one has to face their darkest moments alone.
Event Details:
- Date: Sunday 8th September
- Time: 7:30am (8:00am memorial service before walk)
- Location: Bilarong Reserve, 55 Wakehurt Parkway, North Narrabeen
- Walk Distance: You can choose to walk the full circuit around Narrabeen Lake (just over 8km) or part of the circuit.
