Open Air Cinema – Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire at Brookvale Oval
Step into the Halloween spirit with our free Open Air Cinema, returning to Brookvale this October! Featuring the chilling new Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (2024). Gates creak open at 5.30pm, with the movie starting at 6.30pm sharp.
Rated PG, this family-friendly flick promises thrills without the chills. Find out more about the rating from the Department of Communications and The Arts.
Dress up as your favourite spooky character and cozy up with your picnic rug as we conjure a magical evening for everyone. Pack your own spine-tingling snacks or indulge in a treat from our wickedly delicious food trucks.

Please register for your free ticket – one ticket per person (including children). You will be required to present your ticket on the night (mobile preferred) to gain access to the event.
The first 1,000 people at the event will receive a free bag of popcorn, courtesy of our Event Sponsor Brookvale Mitsubishi. Keep an eye out for a Trick or Treat Ticket in your popcorn bag, you might win a TREAT from Brookvale Mitsubishi on the night!

- This is a glass and smoke free event
- Camping chairs are not permitted on the grass. Only low lying chairs with bar legs are permitted
