Ocean Rockpool Tour – Palm Beach to Manly
Open to swimmers of all ability. This unique community event combines fitness and fun which offers a flexible format, allowing participants to tailor their swim challenges based on their comfort level.
This event is open to everyone. Each person sets their own personal challenge and goal.
Examples are:
- Swim in a rockpool for the first time ever
- Swim 20 laps in 3 pools you have never been to
- Swim 50 laps in a favourite Ocean Rockpool
- Try a different swim stroke such as backstroke or butterfly

Enjoy a swim and explore one or more Rock Pools with a friend that you haven’t seen for a while.
Set your own goal, tell your friends and raise money for mental health.
Each person gets their own personal page on a formal charity system. Raise funds for Lifeline Northern Beaches, Vinnies, Gotcha for Life or Hammond Care
