Northern Beaches Readers Festival at Avalon Recreation Centre
Come along for a weekend of author talks, book signings and workshops with nearly 50 of Australia’s most popular authors across crime, romance, historical fiction, women’s fiction and more, with internationally acclaimed crime writer Michael Robotham and Miles Franklin winner Shankari Chandran appearing as feature authors.
About the Northern Beaches Readers Festival
The NBRF is a biennial festival held on Sydney’s northern beaches to celebrate popular Australian fiction. The first festival was held in 2022, organised by a team of volunteers with a passion for reading and storytelling. NBRF is a not-for-profit organisation and the brainchild of Sydney-based author, Sandie Docker, who identified a need for a literary festival featuring beloved Australian authors in commercial fiction genres.
