Meet The Artist: Frances Belle Parker
Artist, mother and proud Yaegl woman, Frances Belle Parker, was recently commissioned to create public art as part of Council’s Aboriginal Art & Storytelling project. This will be the first major instalment in the program and residents are invited to meet Parker to learn more about public artworks at Narrabeen Lagoon and South Avalon Beach, the development of her public art design, the connection her designs have to the sites and her engagement with the local Aboriginal community.
