Start with a selection of entrees including focaccia with taramasalata dip, Sydney Rock Oysters and cava vinegar mignonette, North Queensland Tiger prawn sliders, and ½ shell Bass Strait scallops with Cafe de Paris butter.
For mains, diners can enjoy glazed leg ham; turkey ballotine with green beans, mushroom sauce and sage; and roasted pork belly with asparagus, blackberry jus and pangrattato along with a range of delicious sides. Finish with indulgent pavlova with whipped vanilla cream, raspberry sorbet, seasonal berries and vanilla bean pudding with coconut and blueberries.
