ANZAC Day: Local Services and Marches
Anzac Day is being commemorated across the Northern Beaches with a number of services taking place and you are welcome to attend.
We encourage everyone to recognise past and current armed services personnel by participating in one of the following services.
Saturday 25 April
Manly War Memorial, The Corso (in front of Manly Town Hall) –
- 4.25AM (arrive by 4AM) Pre-dawn Service
- 11AM (arrive by 10.40AM) Commemorative Service
Avalon Beach RSL Sub-Branch (Dunbar Park)
- 5.50AM dawn service, 10.45AM march
- 11.30AM commemorative service
Balgowlah RSL Memorial Club
- 6AM dawn service
Collaroy RSL Sub-Branch
- 5PM sunset service
Dee Why RSL –
- 5.30AM dawn service at Dee Why Beach Cenotaph
Forestville RSL Sub-Branch
- 5.30AM dawn service at Forestville RSL Club Cenotaph
Harbord Diggers
- 7.30AM commemorative service
- Mounties Care Flight helicopter salutes our veterans at 8AM and the F35A is on schedule for a flypast at 9.27AM
- 2PM Rugby Match March, Battle of the Beaches at Manly Oval – game starts 3.10PM
Palm Beach RSL Sub-Branch
- 6AM dawn service (Whale Beach SLSC)
- 10.30AM march, followed by service at Palm Beach RSL Club
Pittwater RSL Sub-Branch
- 5.20AM dawn service
Narrabeen Dawn Service
- 5.45AM for 6AM start – Cenotaugh, RSL ANZAC Village, Entrance B: Veterans Pde at intersection of Edgecliffe Blvd, Narrabeen
