Africa Exhibition at the Northern Beaches Gallery
In 1960, Jane Goodall arrived in the forests of Gombe National Park, Tanzania, to commence her ground-breaking study of wild chimpanzees. Her research taught us how similar we are to chimpanzees, sharing over 98% of our DNA.
Today, there are five orphaned chimpanzees living at Musée Vivant in the heart of Burundi who desperately need your help: Joy, Avril, Lulu, Chippy and Flora. With your support, we can create a better future for them and play a critical role in chimpanzee conservation efforts in the region
Artists from the northern beaches and all over the world have submitted their works to be selected. The artworks will be in display at the Northern Beaches Gallery from Saturday 29th June to Saturday 13th July.
Each artwork sold is 10% donation to the Burundi Chimps and some artist have donated 100%.
