Led by chef Bao La, Saigon Supper Inn celebrates the fresh, vibrant flavours of Vietnamese. The bread is baked in-house using sustainable NSW flour, filled with fresh, flavourful ingredients including Copper Tree farms beef and pork.
For one day only, four of our favourite banh mi’s are $5 which is a steal for a mid-week lunch!

- Bánh Mì Heo Quay – roast pork belly
